**E-Commerce Manager**
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing daily online activities, which encompass inventory pricing, ensuring the precision of listings, and reaching shipping targets to enhance profitability. Additionally, this role involves supervising team members, administering departmental budgets, and guaranteeing adherence to company policies as well as safety regulations. Applicants are required to have an Associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in technology utilization, budgeting skills, and strong communication abilities. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with the capacity to successfully complete background and drug testing.
