Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to support residents in their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Additionally, the position entails monitoring the health conditions of residents to promote their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Support residents in dressing and other daily living activities.
- Facilitate mobility for residents to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Document all care services rendered to residents accurately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid Georgia Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- Demonstrate a sincere passion for providing care to older adults.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a nursing team.
