**Job Title: Revenue Integrity Specialist**
The Revenue Integrity Specialist is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle functions, addressing medical necessity denials, and creating tracking systems for loss leaders. This role also focuses on maintaining precision in charging and coding while working in partnership with clinical and business teams to enhance reimbursement processes. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a college degree or two years of relevant experience is preferred. A solid knowledge of hospital revenue cycles, billing regulations, and coding frameworks is essential.
