Job Summary
This position involves leading and nurturing the RF/Mixed-Signal design teams located in Irvine and Carlsbad. The focus is on producing high-performance Intellectual Properties (IPs) for 200G and 400G SERDES applications deployed in data centers. The role encompasses managing the entire lifecycle of execution, from initial concept to tape-out and subsequent production release, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the RF/Mixed-Signal design team to ensure the delivery of high-performance IPs.
- Manage the complete execution process including concept development, tape-out, and production release.
- Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams to align on project objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in analog, mixed-signal, or RF IC design utilizing advanced CMOS technology.
- A successful track record of completed tape-outs is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are vital for this role.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
