Job Summary
The role involves spearheading the RF/Mixed-Signal design team located in Irvine and Carlsbad, geared towards developing intellectual properties (IPs) for 200G and 400G SERDES applications used in data centers. The position encompasses management of the complete design process, beginning from the initial concept through to tape-out and production release, while ensuring effective collaboration with teams across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the RF/Mixed-Signal design team to foster innovation and high-quality output.
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from concept through production release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Guide the team in meeting project timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain oversight on design processes to ensure adherence to established standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal or RF IC design with advanced CMOS technology.
- Proven history of successful tape-outs in relevant projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
