Job Summary
The role involves providing operational support and assistance for microcomputer systems while ensuring effective troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop computers and associated hardware.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operations and support of microcomputer systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to desktop computers and related hardware.
- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of systems.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED combined with three years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, two years of college education in an IT field plus one year of pertinent experience.
- Possession of a valid Nevada driver’s license.
- A current driving history report is required.
