Job Summary
The technician will deliver operational and support services for desktop computers and associated systems within two educational facilities. Their role is pivotal in addressing technical challenges to maintain the effective use of educational technologies.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems to ensure the seamless operation of educational technology.
- Provide effective support and assistance for desktop computers across two school locations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- At least three years of experience in microcomputer support, or alternatively, two years of college education in a related IT field along with one year of relevant experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required, accompanied by a current driving history report.
