Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles and practices, allowing the RN to effectively assess patient conditions, implement appropriate treatments, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health statuses.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and document any changes in health conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on nursing practices.
- Address and respond to patients’ needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
