**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations to guarantee high-quality care that aligns with both federal and state regulations. Key duties involve supervising nursing personnel, managing resident care plans, and ensuring adherence to facility policies and safety protocols. Applicants should have a nursing degree from an accredited program and hold a current, unrestricted RN license. Additionally, a minimum of two years of nursing experience, ideally within a long-term care environment, is required, as well as a current CPR certification.
