The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in evaluating patient health, executing nursing strategies, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. They are also responsible for overseeing licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel to guarantee excellent patient outcomes. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess a current Florida nursing license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred and must be obtained within three years of employment for individuals hired after April 30, 2014.
