It is essential for them to provide a safe environment where residents are protected from pain and abuse while being treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where they are seeking employment. Additionally, at least one year of progressively responsible experience in assisted living, skilled nursing care, or a comparable field is a prerequisite.
