Job Summary
The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and play a crucial part in patient education and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans based on patient requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies.
- Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and standards of care.
