Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care while also participating in phone triage and managing in-basket tasks within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes the importance of patient education, wellness promotion, and effective chronic condition management, catering to a variety of patient demographics.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse with a minimum of 6 months of clinical experience.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred for applicants.
