Job description
The Charge Nurse oversees the coordination of patient-centered care and manages all operations within the unit during their shift. This role includes supervising nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines, and promoting a collaborative atmosphere to enhance clinical results. Applicants should possess an Associate in Science degree, while a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is desirable. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is necessary, along with a current, unencumbered nursing license from Louisiana or a Compact state.
