Job description
The Clinical Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering both operational and clinical assistance to the Behavioral Health department, ensuring that patient care is both safe and adheres to regulatory standards. This role involves mentoring staff directly involved in patient care, performing audits of clinical documentation, and engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality outcomes. Applicants must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing and maintain an active RN license in Illinois. Relevant experience in behavioral health is essential, and candidates should also have certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CPI.
