The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical management of the hospice agency, including patient care oversight and staff supervision. They also manage quality improvement initiatives, financial budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory policies. Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of operation. One to three years of experience in hospice, palliative care, oncology, or home health is preferred, along with management experience.
