Provide and direct nursing care using the nursing process, nursing standards, and physicians’ orders, while supporting patient- and family-centered care. Participate in shared nursing leadership, promote safe and positive patient outcomes, and serve as charge nurse when designated. One year of nursing experience is preferred. The role requires the ability to move or position 50 pounds independently and to work in conditions that may include shift work, weekends, holidays, and exposure to clinical hazards.
