Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the Surgical ICU according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises nursing staff, coordinates care with other disciplines, and participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, and AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care facility experience are preferred.
