**Job Title: Clinical Director**
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management of clinical operations, guaranteeing adherence to both federal and state regulations as well as internal agency policies. This role includes the supervision of clinical personnel, assessment of care quality, and the development of strategic initiatives for the nursing department. Applicants should hold a valid, unrestricted nursing license and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role within Home Health. A solid understanding of OASIS, QAPI, and Medicare regulations is essential, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.
