The Clinical Director is responsible for supervising all clinical operations, guaranteeing adherence to federal and state regulations while upholding exemplary patient care standards. This role involves managing the nursing department, guiding staff development, and implementing quality enhancement initiatives via the QAPI program. Applicants should possess a Registered Nurse qualification with a minimum of 2 years of management experience within a Home Health environment. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with a robust understanding of Medicare, OASIS, and QAPI standards.
