This role involves managing the nursing department, guiding staff development, and implementing quality enhancement initiatives via the QAPI program. Applicants should possess a Registered Nurse qualification with a minimum of 2 years of management experience within a Home Health environment. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with a robust understanding of Medicare, OASIS, and QAPI standards.
