Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is tasked with performing comprehensive physical assessments, developing tailored care plans, and delivering nursing care per physician directives. This role involves continuous monitoring of patient health conditions, documentation of care through electronic systems, and educating both patients and their families about health management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients.
- Formulate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer nursing care in alignment with physician orders.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions regularly.
- Document care activities using electronic charting systems.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health issues and care plans.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri or a Compact state.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Preferred experience in Home Health or Critical Care nursing.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
