Job description
The RN House Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supervising staff, guiding clinical practices, and guaranteeing excellent patient care quality. This position involves upholding organizational standards, aligning with the hospital’s mission, and efficiently managing resources and systems within the facility. Applicants should possess an active RN license in Illinois and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a preference for those who have previous supervisory roles. Essential certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Additionally, the ability to carry out physical activities, including lifting up to 35 pounds, is required.
