Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of patients to inform care plans.
- Develop and implement collaborative care strategies.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to acutely ill patients.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
- Manage and operate specialized medical equipment.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Hold a valid nursing license in Iowa.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to engage in critical thinking and execute clinical nursing procedures.
