Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in Aurora, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to patients according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status.
- Assist with daily activities and provide support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
