Job description
**Job Title:** Nursing Care Provider
Deliver consistent daily nursing care and medical services by following tailored care plans for each resident. Work in partnership with the healthcare team to oversee resident health and take on a clinical leadership role to guide direct care personnel. Candidates must possess a valid Illinois RN or LPN license, along with current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment abilities and the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs are essential.
