Job Summary
The Vice President and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Radiology will oversee the radiology department’s clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting the advancement of radiology practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of radiology protocols that enhance patient safety and care.
- Collaborate with other medical leaders to integrate radiology services with overall healthcare delivery.
- Manage compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation for radiology services.
- Promote research and education initiatives within the radiology department.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of radiology staff.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with a specialization in Radiology.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in radiology.
- Proven track record in clinical management and quality improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
