Job Summary
The nurse is responsible for delivering non-diagnostic assessments both over the phone and in person, as well as providing educational and support services to individuals dealing with unexpected pregnancies. In addition, the nurse will undertake specific medical tasks and ensure comprehensive documentation of all client interactions using the electronic Client Management System.
Responsibilities
- Conduct non-diagnostic assessments for clients via telephone and face-to-face.
- Provide educational resources and support services to individuals experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
- Perform limited medical procedures as required.
- Document all client interactions accurately within the electronic Client Management System.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN nursing license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification for healthcare providers.
- Preferably 2 to 4 years of clinical experience, particularly in obstetrical and gynecological care.
