Job Summary
The role involves providing integrated nursing care for patients by adhering to recognized standards and the nursing process. The position also requires overseeing nursing personnel and collaborating with various healthcare disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver nursing care aligned with established protocols.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.

- Employ critical thinking and independent judgment in patient care scenarios.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in acute care settings is beneficial.
