**Job Title: RN Clinical Nurse**
The RN Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process to deliver customized, high-standard, and secure patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Key responsibilities include overseeing patient care, recording patient outcomes, and engaging in performance enhancement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Applicants should possess an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree being an advantage. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of hands-on patient care nursing experience and a current RN license are essential.
