Job Summary
The Registered Nurse delivers patient-focused care by managing clinical protocols, performing assessments, and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement clinical protocols to provide effective patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to foster a holistic approach to patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment necessary for patient treatment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards to maintain patient safety.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
