As a Registered Nurse (RN), the primary role involves delivering hands-on patient care through the application of the nursing process. The RN is responsible for supervising and guiding team members to secure favorable patient outcomes. In addition, this position entails the management of nursing resources and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to fulfill the strategic objectives of the unit. Applicants should have completed their education at an accredited nursing institution, possess an active registered nurse license, and hold a current BLS certification. Familiarity with computer applications and strong communication skills are also essential for success in this position.
