Job description
The RN Supervisor will manage the day-to-day functions of the healthcare unit, which includes conducting rounds and supervising the staff to guarantee excellent care for residents. The role also involves overseeing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse license in South Carolina and possess a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Additionally, candidates must have a current CPR certification and demonstrate strong clinical assessment abilities.
