Job Summary
The Weekend Supervisor will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising the nursing team to deliver exceptional care and ensure seamless operations over the weekend. This position involves offering clinical assistance and fostering effective communication among residents, their families, and the nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the nursing personnel.
- Ensure high standards of care during weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
