**Job Title: RN Supervisor**
The RN Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Director of Nursing by organizing and overseeing direct nursing care to guarantee that the medical and psychological needs of residents are met to a high standard. Responsibilities include conducting patient rounds, overseeing care plan implementation, and providing staff education to foster positive clinical outcomes. Applicants must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas and maintain good standing with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners. This position demands physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
