Job description
The RN Supervisor will serve as a dedicated representative for residents, exemplifying professionalism and leadership throughout the facility. This position involves mentoring staff, leading by example, and assuring exceptional care for a varied long-term care demographic. Applicants must have either an ASN or BSN from an accredited institution and hold a valid RN license in Virginia. Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous, along with a solid understanding of nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and guidelines.
