The Weekend Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care to residents and managing the performance of LPNs and CNAs. They must develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification. Recent clinical experience or specialty skills in geriatrics are required for this position.
