Job Summary
The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing and enhancing the skills of both clinical and non-clinical staff, working closely with Practice Managers to maintain high competency levels. This role is pivotal in supporting Patient Centered Medical Home teams to eliminate obstacles and foster exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and performance of clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers to ensure staff proficiency and competency.
- Support Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
- Identify and address barriers to effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a progressive leadership role within a clinical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant college-level coursework in healthcare management is preferred.
