This position involves nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional quality outputs, and guiding junior team members. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a valid PE license. A minimum of 8 years of experience in highway or municipal design, along with 3 years of experience in project management, is required.
