Job Summary
The Roaming Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of multiple apartment communities. This position involves supporting leasing activities, managing rent collection processes, and ensuring adherence to affordable housing program regulations. The manager is tasked with upholding property standards, addressing resident concerns, and fulfilling all necessary compliance requirements set by both regulatory bodies and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Travel to different apartment communities to oversee daily operations.
- Assist in leasing initiatives and the collection of rent.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing program regulations.
- Maintain high property standards across all managed locations.
- Resolve resident concerns and issues promptly.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management within the affordable housing sector.
- Expertise in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong understanding of Real Page Onesite software and fair housing regulations.
