Job Summary
The RX Refill Specialist plays a crucial role in managing medication refill requests, processing electronic orders, and delivering lab results to patients. This position also involves providing essential clinical support through triage calls, managing EMR in-baskets, and assisting with various clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage requests for medication refills.
- Process electronic medication orders efficiently.
- Communicate lab results to patients in a clear and supportive manner.
- Provide clinical support by addressing triage calls.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Medical Assistant Certificate is essential.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in clinical settings and triage is needed.
