**Job Title: Associate Manager**
The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation, management, and compliance of strategic SaaS and technology agreements specifically tailored to the insurance sector. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to pinpoint contractual risks, guarantee adherence to regulatory standards, and oversee the complete contract lifecycle. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contract management, particularly in the fields of SaaS or insurance technology. A strong understanding of contract auditing, risk evaluation, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with the legal eligibility to work in the United States.
