Job description
**Safety Lead**
The Safety Lead is responsible for guiding and mentoring operational teams to uphold safety standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and implement programs aimed at accident prevention. This role involves spearheading cross-departmental problem-solving efforts to enhance safety outcomes and mitigate risks during the design and construction stages. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in safety or engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in safety within the manufacturing sector. Preference will be given to those with professional certifications like ASP, CSP, or CIH, alongside a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations.
