Job description
**Job Title: Safety Sitter**
The Safety Sitter is responsible for the continuous monitoring of patients to guarantee their safety, as well as promptly communicating any changes in their condition or behavior to the nursing staff. In addition to observational duties, they assist patients with daily living activities, facilitate patient transport, and help uphold a clean and secure environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and be able to successfully complete Wellstar training and competency evaluations within 30 days of hire. Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous, and certification as a CNA or CMA is preferable.
