Job Summary
The Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in guiding a mental health team by directing treatment protocols, overseeing case management, and facilitating clinical training. This position is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and managing responses to emergencies while fostering collaborative partnerships with external organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mental health team and supervise treatment protocols.
- Oversee case management processes to ensure effective client support.
- Facilitate clinical training for staff to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure the provision of quality services to clients.
- Manage and coordinate responses to emergency situations.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with external agencies and partners.
Qualifications
- Possession of a clinical license such as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LPA is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in direct mental health practice.
- Experience with wraparound services and home-based clinical interventions is essential.
