Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers essential nursing care to patients within their home environment, functioning under the oversight of a Registered Nurse. This role is crucial in maintaining patient well-being and enhancing their quality of life through skilled nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assess the condition of patients regularly.
- Execute specific medical procedures as prescribed.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers on self-care methods.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Possession of a current and valid nursing license for the state of employment.
- Current certification in CPR.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
