Job Summary
The role entails interacting with business clients via incoming calls to assess their connectivity and service requirements. In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of products to suggest customized phone and internet solutions that enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business customers through incoming calls to determine their connectivity and service needs.
- Utilize product knowledge to propose tailored solutions for phone and internet services.
- Ensure that recommendations add value to the customers’ operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six months’ experience in sales is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
