Job description
The recruiter will design and implement recruitment strategies, identify potential candidates, and oversee the entire hiring process, including intake and onboarding. They will also play a role in digital marketing initiatives, track recruitment metrics, and organize recruitment events. Applicants should possess 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution sector. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is essential.
