The associate’s primary role is to greet members, assist them on their fitness journeys, and ensure the gym is clean and safe. They provide an exceptional sales and service experience by fostering trust-based relationships and linking members to appropriate fitness resources. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail or fitness sales and demonstrate a strong customer service focus. Moreover, candidates must achieve CPR and AED certification within 60 days of starting the job.
