The Sales and Service Expert plays a crucial role in promoting membership growth and ensuring member satisfaction through proficient sales strategies and guest interaction. This position involves overseeing lead generation, conducting facility tours, and maintaining a premium experience for club members.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership acquisition and retention through effective sales methods.
- Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the process of lead generation to attract potential members.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members and guests.
- Maintain a high standard of member experience within the club environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must secure CPR and AED certification within the first 60 days of employment.
