The Sales and Service Specialist will focus on increasing membership sales, overseeing lead generation, and delivering an exceptional experience for members. This role entails proactive interaction with guests, conducting club tours, and fostering strong relationships to enhance member retention. A high school diploma or GED is essential, while a bachelor’s degree is favored. Moreover, candidates must acquire CPR and AED certification within 60 days of starting the job and should possess 1-2 years of experience in service sales.
