**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners with product knowledge, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and safe. Responsibilities include managing transactions at the point of sale, restocking merchandise, and overseeing the well-being of animals within the store. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks in a busy atmosphere, and have a genuine enthusiasm for animal care. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, and applicants should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
