**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners in their product choices, and keeping the sales area neat and tidy. Additionally, they are tasked with ensuring the wellbeing of the animals in the store while assisting with everyday operational tasks. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and thrive in a dynamic retail setting. While experience in retail or customer service is beneficial, it is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates a strong passion for animals.
