**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in boosting retail sales through the establishment of authentic customer relationships and delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities include handling register functions, overseeing store displays, and achieving enrollment targets for the Crown Rewards program. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years old and demonstrate solid basic math abilities. The position requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, in addition to the physical capability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
