**e-Commerce Sales Associate**
The e-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for overseeing customer inquiries received via online platforms, phone, and face-to-face interactions, facilitating the vehicle buying journey. This role includes negotiating terms, finalizing sales agreements, and fostering enduring relationships with customers through follow-up communication and smooth transitions to the service department. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in retail sales is advantageous, as is a valid driver’s license and proficiency in utilizing technology effectively.
