Job description
**Sales Floor Department Supervisor**
The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is responsible for guiding and empowering a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Key duties include mentoring team members, managing inventory levels, assuring safety protocols are followed, and keeping the department organized and well-stocked. Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service and prior leadership or supervisory experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are necessary, along with the physical capability to handle store responsibilities, which includes lifting weights of at least 25 pounds.
